You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your profile. Profiles that contain false information, impersonate another person, or are created for commercial purposes are prohibited.

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a ban or restriction is prohibited and may result in permanent exclusion from the platform.

You agree to use me.you only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and our Community Guidelines.

You must not use the platform to: harass, threaten, or demean other users; send unsolicited bulk messages; solicit money or financial information from other users; distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content; scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform; use automated tools to interact with the platform; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without prior notice.

You retain ownership of content you post to me.you, including profile photos, bios, messages, and diary entries. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You must not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit without consent, or violates the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines, without prior notice.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the platform, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, our Community Guidelines, or if we determine that your use of the platform poses a risk to other members or to the platform itself.

In cases of serious violations — including fraud, impersonation, or harassment — we may terminate your account without prior notice and without refund of any amounts paid.

me.you is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or that results obtained through it will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including harm arising from interactions with other members.

We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform. Your interactions with other members are solely at your own risk.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
