The primary way to contact me.you is through the contact form on the contact page. Fill in your name, email address, and a clear description of your issue or question. The more specific you are, the faster and more accurately we can help you.
There is no phone support line and no live chat. All support is handled asynchronously through the contact form and email. This allows every message to receive proper attention rather than being rushed through a call queue.
What to include in your message
- Your display name on me.you (so we can find your account quickly).
- The email address associated with your account.
- A clear description of the issue — what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected to happen.
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages, if you have them.
- For safety or reporting issues: specific details about the member involved, including their display name if you know it, and a description of the concerning behaviour.
- For technical issues: the browser and device you are using.
Response times
We aim to respond to all messages within 1 to 2 business days. During busy periods this may extend slightly. Safety-related messages — reports of harassment, threats, or urgent concerns — are given priority and typically receive a faster response.
You will receive a reply to the email address you provided in the contact form. Check your spam folder if you have not received a response after a few days, as automated replies from support systems are sometimes filtered.
Common issues that can be resolved without contacting support
- Forgotten password: Use the Forgot Password link on the login page.
- Missing verification email: Check spam, then request a resend from your account settings.
- Profile not appearing in discovery: Make sure your email is verified and your profile is complete with at least one photo.
- Questions about features: Browse this FAQ or the help centre.
- Wanting to delete your account: Go to Settings and find the Delete Account option at the bottom.
